Valtr24 Agosto 2026Great stay, clean and comfortable with easy communication. ☺We had a very pleasant stay at Motta di Livenza Deluxe. Communication was simple, quick, and straightforward. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, everything worked perfectly, and the household was equipped to a very good standard. The interior has a pleasant and authentic atmosphere, and all appliances and facilities were fully functional. Overall, the apartment felt comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. ☹There were only a couple of things that could be improved. The main one was the lack of wardrobes or sufficient storage space for clothes and personal belongings, so we had to keep most of our things in our suitcases throughout the stay. Also, if you sleep with the windows open, there can be quite a lot of noise at night from passing cars. Of course, this is related to the location and is not really something the host can change. The accommodation itself is very well prepared for this, as the windows provide excellent sound insulation, and with the windows closed the traffic noise is barely noticeable.VerificataPubblicato su Airbnb

He was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the communication was always reliable and easy.The Marconi Deluxe apartment is perfectly located, with everything conveniently close by. The apartment itself was ideal for our stay, and we felt very comfortable from the beginning.We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay in Lido di Jesolo and would definitely come back. A tengerpart 1 perc sétára van, és a lakáshoz tartozik egy 2 fős parti napozó rész, így a strandolás ingyen volt. A lakáshoz tartozik egy teremgarázs hely az épület alatt, ez szintén ingyen volt. Így a szálláshely megéri az árát, sőt. Stefano fantasztikus házigazda. Megérkezéskor és elutazáskor is segített be- és kiköltözni, a bőröndjeinket cipelni. Nagyon gyors és alapos volt a kommunikációnk vele. zzz bbb30 Luglio 2026Dobra, wygodna miejscówka na pobyt we Włoszech gdy jesteś samochodem. Byliśmy w trójkę, ale miejsca jest nawet dla 6-7 osób. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, klimatyzacja, wygodna łazienka, darmowy parking po drugiej stronie rzeki, zawsze były wolne miejsca. W pobliżu dobre pizzerie jakby komuś nie chciało się gotować. Rzeka to odnoga Livenzy oprócz tego że można spotkać nutrie to trudno ja traktować w kategoriach atrakcji, raczej jako spływ wody deszczowej. 30-40 minut autem do nadmorskich miejscowości, plaż nad Adriatykiem, Aquaparków (np. Caribe Bay), można zrobić sobie też wypad do Wenecji. Miejsce godne polecenia, jedyny minus przy dłuższych pobytach to brak pralki.VerificataPubblicato su Airbnb

The air conditioners in the bedrooms were nice and cold. ☹Could use an espresso maker (pod type) and dishes. Despite being so central, the apartment felt very peaceful and quiet.The apartment is exactly as shown in the photographs. It is spacious, very well kept, and very clean. It also has excellent air conditioning, which made it a pleasure to return to after a day exploring the town in the summer heat.Stefano and Cecilia were perfect hosts. La posizione centralissima; le dimensioni dell'appartamento comodissimo; la pulizia impeccabile, ben oltre le mi aspettative; l'aspetto estetico, che non è da sottovalutare, l'appartamento è ANCHE arredato con gusto; l'estrema comodità dei letti e dei cuscini, io ho un problema cervicale e per me questo è stato a dir poco fondamentale; soprattutto ho apprezzato la professionalità, la serietà e la disponibilità dell'host Stefano, che colgo l'occasione di ringraziare nuovamente per aver concesso il check-out posticipato di ben 6 ore (sei!!) senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. In conclusione consiglierei senza dubbio questo appartamento e ci tornerei domani!! ☹Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa direi che manca il bollitore che può tornare utile e la macchinetta del caffè (la moka ha fatto egregiamente il suo dovere!), ma sono cose assolutamente superflue, in generale la cucina è ben attrezzata.VerificataPubblicato su Airbnb

Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e puliti, con tutto il necessario a disposizione. La posizione è ottima: comoda per muoversi e vicina ai principali servizi, pur restando tranquilla. La gestione è stata impeccabile: comunicazione chiara, disponibilità e attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti. T W6 Luglio 2025Sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag super wohl gefühlt. Vorher konnten wir alles in sehr gutem Englisch mit dem Vermieter per what's app kommunizieren, das war auch da schon sehr sehr angenehm. Beide Etagen sind voll klimatisiert und einen Parkplatz fanden wir immer auf der Straße vor dem Haus. Das Städtchen ist sehr niedlich mit freundlichen Menschen und kleinen Restaurants. The beds are very comfortable, the spacious and stylish living room has a large dining table and offers stunning views from the windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. The bathroom features both a great shower and a bathtub, as well as a bidet. All windows have mosquito nets. The house is large and can comfortably accommodate up to seven people if needed. For our family of three, it felt very spacious and comfortable. The windows overlook the riverside promenade. We loved watching the family of otters that live in the river – such a unique experience! ) Within a 2-minute walk, you'll find a bakery, a supermarket, delicious ice cream, and several restaurants. The house is located right at the beginning of a pedestrian street, which was very convenient. Free parking is a 3-minute walk away (opposite the pedestrian bridge), but you can also stop right in front of the house for 15 minutes. The only downside is that the town wakes up around 5 AM, and you can hear the early morning activity. Also, keep in mind that the house has four levels if you count from the entrance, so it might not be suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs. But overall, I would absolutely recommend this place!
